Sharp Work
Once Upon a Time, there lived a strong young man. The Only problem with him was that he was unemployed. once, he was passing through a timber camp, the manager of the camp saw him and offered a job of cutting wood and given him a new axe.
The young man started his job of wood-cutting with lot of zeal and at the end of the day he was able to cut seven huge trees. The second day he started with the same zeal and the same axe. At the end of the day he was able to cut six huge trees.
Similarly on third day, with the same zeal in the same time, he was able to cut five big trees. On the seventh day, in the evening the manager of the timber camp was going around supervising the work. The young was busy wiping his sweat, having failed to cut a single tree since morning.
The boss of the timber camp asked, "Youngman, how come your performance is deteriorating day by day?'
The Young Man replaied,
